I've been watching a few videos from YouTube where people show off their TJ Maxx and Marshalls hauls recently, merely I came across one that alarmed me since it claimed that TJ Maxx was selling fake makeup.

Afterwards being an avid shopper at TJ Maxx and Marshalls for years at present, I've never come up across any fake makeup while shopping in that location. In fact, information technology is extremely illegal to sell any for of fake or knock off products.IMG_4276

Selling fake or knock off products are an infringement of the original brand or company'southward trademark laws of the federal government. Even if it was stated that the products were faux, albeit that the products are faux are a legal class of your civil, and even possibly criminal, wrongdoings that can be brought into court.

At the very least, a huge company like TJ Maxx or Marshalls wouldn't hazard their reputation and sales just to brand a few dollars off of false knockoffs.

So, this really brings about the question, how do they actually get these products and how tin can they sell these for such cheap prices?

From talking to a few of the employees from TJX, information technology'southward been revealed that the majority of the products come from different companies who take either bought likewise much or made too much stock, rebranded or repackaged their products, or simply needed to get rid of their backlog items when they're post season.

Brands like Ole Henrickson and Kat Von D have also been going through a lot of repackaging and rebranding so their products get sold to TJ Maxx and Marshalls so that all of the old packaging can be taken off of the current shelves and be replaced with the new branding.

As well, with everything from the holidays going on clearance, the holiday packaging and the souvenir sets are going on sale to brand room for everything else that's coming in. Most of the items from the holidays or fifty-fifty simply wearable that is deemed as "post-season" normally gets sold to TJ Maxx so that stores tin can clear out their inventory and continue current on trends. TJ Maxx is then able to sell those items for cheaper considering they're past season.IMG_3097

I primary thing to remember with TJ Maxx and Marshalls is that most of their "compare at" prices are based on the clearance prices from the original brands. This ensures that no thing what you're buying, you lot can know that you're getting an astonishing deal on the items because the TJ Maxx and Marshalls prices tend to be lower than the original company or brand's clearance prices.
